Andrew Mwenda, the Ugandan mercenary who works as criminal Paul Kagame’s loudspeaker has just made a big announcement.
Via Twitter, the Ugandan mercenary – Andrew Mwenda announced has noted, that President Paul Kagame is off to Uganda tomorrow to meet President Yoweri Museveni about the political tensions between the two men.
According to Mwenda, ”President Kagame will have a one-day working visit to Uganda for a meeting with President Museveni in Entebbe tomorrow, Sunday, March 25, 2018. It will be a follow up on the Addis Ababa meeting in February. The aim is to find a solution to the tensions between the two countries.”
We should remember that since the Kisangani military battles between these brotherly states. The relationship between Kampala and Kigali has been that of frosty, hypocrisy, intrigue, pretence, counter intelligence….etc. Don’t expect anything new with this trip this diplomatic maneuvering….this is the 3rd meeting that Andrew Mwenda has intervened for diplomatic normalisation of these brotherly states; but the results are always the same, prolonged cold war.
