Visit the wider Rwanda in order to witness the levels of poverty. Visit the wider Rwanda in order to understand why citizens are migrating in high numbers with Uganda being the highest recipient of these starving migrants.
Obviously, in a police state, criminal Paul Kagame would rather pay millions to Western public relations firms to image him as a spectacular leader than work towards eradicating poverty, youth unemployment, dilapidated health system, failing education system, the collapse of the economy…etc.
The criminal junta has other priorities i.e, embezzling state funds, monopolising the economy into a family consortium, kidnappings, incarceration, torture, assassinations and killings.
