President Paul Kagame arrived in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday, November 22, 2017. Today on Sunday, November 26, Kagame watched Formula One World Grand Prix Championship. Among other dignitaries enjoying the car racing with Kagame were:

Here is a ruler of a country that is among the poorest in the world who lives live a king. With a GDP per capita of US$702, there are only 18 countries poorer than Rwanda on planet earth. Even the failing nation of Haiti at US$739, has a higher capita than Rwanda.
