Yvonne Manzi Makolo who was on Friday appointed the Chief Executive of DMI – crystal venture RwandAir.
She takes over from Colonel Chance Ndagano who has been the acting CEO for close to 12 months.
Her experience in airline transportation, logistic management, human management, organisation management, tourism, organisation restructuring.. etc totally at Zero. But she has one essential criteria to her CV, the closeness to Lucifer, the only detox needed for such a role.
In political science, such mental behaviours are referred as institutionalised cronyism.
We have to remember that, Rwandair has been making losses since 2003 with the country’s central bank constantly bailing out the Company despite criminal Paul Kagame telling Rwandans that he owns a proximately 50% of the company shares.
